The 2010 HAPPY CAMPER COMPETITION is now OPEN!
pimp my tent War Child Ireland, charity partner to Electric Picnic has teamed up with Bunk Campers, Ireland’s largest campervan rental company, to offer one lucky winner and friend a prize that money can’t buy this summer!

War Child is an award-winning charity that works with local partner organisations to protect marginalised children - street children, child soldiers and children in prison - in places that are acutely affected by conflict such as Iraq, Afghanistan and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Leave out the wrestling with pegs,strings,covers and instructions for tents -  one fortunate festival goer will be a very ‘happy camper’ winning the last slot to the sold out campervan site and will reside in the comfort of the exclusive roadie festival van for the weekend.  The competition offers the winner a fabulous all-inclusive VIP weekend at Electric Picnic 2010 (September 3rd to 5th ). 

All money raised as a result of the ‘Happy Camper’ competition will go towards providing emergency relief to children in areas of armed conflict. This fantastic prize is priceless to any festival fans and is open to everyone over the age of 18 and includes:

  • Prize is rental of a Bunk Camper for dates 3-6 September 2010 inclusive.
    Dates are not transferable. Collection is from our Dublin depot only between 10am-4pm.
  • Prize includes the rental of a 2 person Bunk Camper “Roadie” campervan, campervan area ticket and VIP Electric Picnic tickets. (Maximum occupancy 2 persons.)
  • Prize includes insurance for one named driver aged 25 – 70 years with a full, clean Irish/UK driving licence. Driver must have held licence for at least 12 months.
  • A copy of the winner’s driving licence should be provided 1 week in advance of collection. Additional insurance premiums will apply for penalty points etc.
  • Winner must provide proof of address and passport details
